          I completely understand your frustration and concern regarding the towing situation in your office parking lot, especially during the week before Christmas. It can indeed be upsetting to witness people being towed for what might seem like minor reasons, especially when it impacts individuals trying to make a living and pay their rent. The decision to tow cars might have been in line with the office's parking regulations or policies, but it's unfortunate that it caused distress among residents or employees. We did email all community residents on December 14th notifying everyone that cars had been tagged for lease violations. Also, as a community manager, I did give an extra two days for residents to correct their violation. I completely understand your frustration and concern regarding the towing situation in your office parking lot, especially during the week before Christmas. It can indeed be upsetting to witness people being towed for what might seem like minor reasons, especially when it impacts individuals trying to make a living and pay their rent.
