When I moved into my apartment I could not have been happier, it was clean, the apartment was beautiful, the location was great, ( minus trying to get off the light rail between 3pm and 4pm because you will literally be run over by the hundreds of teens from central high school getting on the light rail, and the staff was great. Everything changed in June when the complex was sold to a new company behind residents backs ( there were "inspections" for very odd things leading up to the sale, turns out it was for value purposes for the sale. Everything has gone down hill and prices have gone up ( and no I'm not talking about rent). The new complex owners went from individual billing of water to billing by apartment size. So one bedrooms are divided up equally not fair to someone who travels, and is literally the only person in the apartment. My water bill tripled. You are also charged to e-pay online by electronic check. The gate is constantly open which is not ok in Central Phoenix. Phone calls are not returned, the manager is never there or always in a meeting. I have other personal issues with management, which I will not list here but, which were so bad to the I left and am paying a $3000 early termination fee for it. This complex is marketed as a luxury complex, it once was but no longer is and is not worth the price.
