Worst living experience ever!!! I will never live at SAGE ever again!!! There's piping noise in the actual unit sounds like the walls are going to fall apart and only happens when its around 1am and goes on till 3am, you can hear your neighbors tv, snoring, having sex, etc... you can hear it all!!! Its not their fault its the way the complex was built the units are very cheap...there is no privacy what so ever. Grounds are disgusting, Staff is soooo unprofessional towards their tenants you walk in to office and everyones on their cell phone or you dont get ack for the first 10 mins, no empathy from the staff towards anything. Accusations towards the tenants from the staff when they dont have any proof just hear say. You call the office at the times that they are available and nobody answers, you then see the property manager walking from her place to the office after 9am which she is suppose to be in the office to assist her tenants. You discuss something with one of the staff members and the other doesnt know anything about it.The maintnance guys reak of alcohol when they come to your unit to complete a work order or negotiate to fix your broken items for a cash price w/o office knowing and story goes on. Not to mention you cant go in and out of the complex without having to get on the frwy due to the access road closed for commercial vehicles only, there is a fine $300 from the police department if caught taking that access road. Of course the complex refuses to let you know since they struggle with their occupancy and are willing to do anything to get tenants. Please re-consider living @ SAGE since you will only be miserable and unhappy throughout your lease...Not to mention the management company is located in -------- and they can careless about their tenats or their concerns. They only care for their units getting filled. They say its a gated community but their gates barely work majority of the time their gates are open to anyone!!!Its a bunch of BS...also there will be a huge letter sent to BBB for their ratings overall from BBB.
