The Good, The Bad, The Ugly....

The Good.... the leasing staff is amazing. Even post lease treatment has been top notch, especially Delana K. She rocks. She helped me every step of the way, and worked with me to get the apartment I wanted, with the view I wanted at a price that really got quite the bang for the buck.

The Good.... its a quiet community, my neighbors that I have met have been great, there seems to be a healthy mixture of young professionals to a few families. Good stuff. I did some major research before coming out here to find a place somewhat near work. These apartments have met my needs, and I am happy with my selection. I will stay here until I decide to purchase a home in the Phoenix area.

The Good.... The pool areas are beautiful, relaxing, and a nice place to tan. When I did visit, it was nice, peaceful, and a good time. I'm sure the families visit the pool, but I have yet to see them there. Also a 24 hour avail Gym ROCKS.

The Good.... My view is of the mountains. Its beautiful.

The Bad.... well, parking is never fun. I got assigned a space next to a visitor spot, so I'm always afraid of having dings in my car from some random visitor to the complex.

The Ugly.... there were a few apartments on the 3rd floor end unit I wanted, but only available was overlooking a horse farm. I believe the best apartments are the ones not only with the mountain view, but also the ones on the opposite side from the highway. I managed to get a mountain view, and so can you.

The Bad.... Coil Stove? Really Sage? You are too new, and offer too many cool amenities, that the coil stove is soooo ugly and inefficient I had a 'what the hell' moment. But its a stove, its functional, and I got over it quickly. The space you get if you get an end unit is AMAZING.

The Bad.... 125 for a garage space per month is WAAAAAAy overkill, also APS is their power supplier who charges a significant amount for electricity if you use any during 12pm - 7pm.

Lets end on a good note. They typically run specials, I know I signed a lease and was hit with a nice bonus.

I've read the good, I've read the bad, I've read the ugly reviews of this place. I believe you get what you pay for, and I have a nice reasonable monthly rent with some nice amenities at a great location. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, space that is 1 interstate exit from major commerce (Happy Valley) you hit Sage.

Wow its funny how ppl get a good treatment and instantly jump to the reviews not realizing they have been fooled. Good luck to you friend ill give you 6weeks and youll have a change of heart
