The Bad: Some of the residents are VERY lazy. They will steal shopping carts and abandon them RIGHT in front of their font door. They don't even walk them to the dumpster areas to be picked up. The building it's self has potential, its a nice solid structure, but has been let go, either due to a lack of care from owners, or a lack of funds to keep up maintenance. HOA s aren t for me way way too restrictive Think I ll stick with wher I live for now where the owner actually knows who I am. ...Full review of Biltmore Reserve

If you are looking for a quiet ...Full review of Desert Wind Apartments

I checked out Crest Apartments in mid-January and it was so-so. The grounds were decent, but I went back on Friday evening and saw some things in the parking lot that I would't trust my children around. I eventually moved back to Scottsdale, but wish I lived closer because I work at Grand Canyon University and this place would've been a quick commute. ...Full review of Crest Apartments
