Complex just changed ownership, the staff is the same and seem to like using the ownership change as an excuse to not handle any issues. The staff puts on fake smiles and tell you that you are wrong even when you are right and it is a maintenance issue. They make promises about handling maintenance issues within 2 days and if the issue is not handled appropriately that you'll get money off of rent, but then when the issue persists they will conveniently say it was multiple issues and therefore not covered in their policy. I think the new management company needs to clean house and get new people in here. Aside from the staff, the apartments are over priced and they have yearly rate increases, the last one was over 10%... we are moving when the lease is up. There are several homes for rent that cost less and have better insulation.
