Sunrise Ridge Apartments

 
This is the first time that I lived in an apartment complex and it has completely turned me off from ever living in another apartment again. First of all, if you call with a complaint and leave a message, the manager won't call you back, you must keep calling and leave 5 messages until they will get back to you. We have the noisest neighbors and we've complained about them numerous times and it hasn't changed, we sit in our livingroom watching our TV while listening to our neighbor's. If you get home after 7pm don't even think about trying to park anywhere near you're building, you're lucky if you can get a space in the complex at all. This complex is not customer service friendly, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
