The lawn maintenance/grounds guys start with a leaf blower and a lawn mower at 8:30 AM every day. Not bad if you go to work at 8:00am. Very bad if you go to work at 10am. If you don't mind being disturbed EVERY DAY or sleeping with earplugs EVERY NIGHT... Its ok. Seriously. 8:00-8:30 every day. You will not sleep. They should have a limit on how long and how early one can use 2 cycle turbines. I am moving due to this. Your car will be towed if your tag expires or the guy feels like putting a 12"x9" ... Spent two years in a one-room condo and had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts mainly. The different atmosphere from normal condo living in Gainesville was refreshing. It is hard to find a place in the middle ... Full Review
