Do not move in here if you're expecting privacy. They come in your apartment while you're gone. When I signed my lease they made me sign papers saying theyre allowed to enter periodically but I did not think it would be this often. You also have to sign papers acknowledging there is asbestos and lead based paint in your apartment. Also, the ac units suck, and don't bother trying to use the dish washer.

San Pablo Apartments
Thank you for providing a review. At San Pablo, we do enter apartments on a quarterly basis for routine maintenance inspections. It is not uncommon for mortgage companies or state/local inspectors to enter apartments as well to ensure we are offering satisfactory living conditions for our residents. We always strive to make residents feel comfortable in their home and try to accommodate requests when entering. San Pablo utilizes the National Apartment Association lease agreement that includes standard verbiage across the state of Florida granting access to an apartment for an emergency or with proper notice. We ask that you keep in mind our community was built prior to 1978, and we are required to provide the lead base and asbestos addendum. It does not mean those items are present but advises residents of the potential exposure due to materials used during that time period. We'd be happy to address any issues with your dishwasher or air conditioner. Please don't hesitate to contact us at 904-223-4991 or submit a service request through PRG Resident Connect. As always, we appreciate your feedback.
