I lived in palmetto place for a year. Unfortunatly had to move due to my job, I didn't find anything a problem. I loved it!! I had the best neighbors and the staff was great and friendly.

The gates started working halfway through the lease, and now whenever they break or are broken, the staff makes sure they are fixed immediatly. I would recommend palmetto place to anyone who wantd to live in Kendall.

The only bad thing was that I lived on the second floor and could hear everything going on the 3rd floor which sucked!!!

I totally agree with you. Palmetto place sucks. How can there be sooo many bad reviews and then all of a sudden there are one or 2 good reviews that totally lie about features like parking. Anyone living in plametto place KNOW by far that the parking is horrendous even if you have had no other problems! I had a horrible time at plametto place and would not recommend it to no one!

Sounds like someone does not like you if it is only your tires that seem to keep getting slash. Yes, the parking is difficult sometimes but not unbearable. Whenever I have had a problem and brought it to the office staff they have always taken care of it. I would also recommend Palmetto Place to my friends.

It really depends where you live in the community that makes parking unbearable. I live on the front right corner where parking is taken on all sides around there meaning I have to walk to the complete opposuite end of the community to get parking. Walking that at 2 am when I get out of work is scary. And actually, two other cars have had their tires slashed as well and as far as I know the office staff has done nothing but absolve themselves of any and all responsibility along with being horribly rude about the ordeal. Palmetto has been the hands down worst place I've ever lived in my life and there is no way I would ever recommend it to anyone and be the reason that they are put through this HE11. I still stand by my assumption that this post is fake.

I really like how management gets online and write these review... They make it seem like things are in working order. Parking is still tragic, two of the apartments were robbed in last two weeks, and management is horrible. Good thing my lease is about to end.

Palmetto place sucks! Unfortunately I'm on my second year because I was forced to renew because I didnt give them 60 days in advanced. The staff is a bunch of dumb little girls with there head up there asses. There is no parking, the carpets are changed but they dont change the padding underneath..I would not recommend this place to anyone! there are may other rental apt doen 142 ave that are wayyy better. Trust me
