Not so Bad
The last few reviews of this place were very sordid. They either sounded like they were written by over enthusiastic staff (check what does it all mean) or by someone who hasa serious grudge against the complex.

There are some problems with parking. Visitors parking is far and few between, especially on weekends, and resident parking can be a hassle. More often than not I find myself parking 2 or 3 buildings down, but unless youve got heavy groceries, is the walk really that bad? There are ways around the parking issue and wouldnt deter me from staying here.

Apartment size is good. Compared to a lot of the other complexs in the area, Boardwalk seems to have the most space for the price. I pay only $490 a month and have a bigger apartment than people who live in Pegasus Landing (right down the street) who pay $500 a month plus! Not to mention all the apartment comes fully furnished with a high speed internet access and utilities.

The staff as far as helpfulness is so so, but honestly what apartment complex staff isnt?! It all depends on who you talk to and you might have to actually go down to the office to straighten things out (god forbid!). Maintinence I found to be very nice people and overall knew what they were doing.

As far as bugs go, neither me nor my roomates have ever had any problems with bugs. The walls are a bit thin, but your roomate should understand if you ask him/her to turn the stereo down a little.Share This Review
