Don't waste your money
I rented here because I needed a quick apartment after getting accepted to UCF and moving from out of state. I was impressed by the apartment room size and the furnishings that came with it, so I thought I was getting a good deal because the price was perfect. Boy was I wrong! There were parties every night so I got NO sleep, the person above me was really loud with walking and music, and even when it wasn't in my building I could hear people yelling and partying in buildings/parking lots across the complex, which, being a girl, made me nervous to leave the apartment if I needed to at night. There's NEVER any visitor parking, and if your friends park in resident parking, even if it's for 5 minutes to pick you up, they'll tow your car. My roommate's car was towed 3 times and she even had a decal on it, but they didn't pay any attention to it and she had to pay all three times just to get the car back so she could make it to classes because she didn't have time to mess with the tow people or the people in the office, who did nothing about it even when it was brought to their attention. My other roommate also had family come in town and there was no visitor parking (at 5 pm) so they asked the security guard (after hunting him down) if they could park in front of the office and he told them yes. When they got back from dinner their car had been towed and the security guard claimed that he never spoke to them, let alone gave them permission to park there. People in the office are horrible, and there's one girl in there that won't even give you the time of day unless you're an attractive male, and all we've seen her do is walk into apartments with various attractive male tennants and stay there for quite a while. Seriously, stay away.Share This Review
