Please Please Don't Move here
My boyfriend and I lived in this complex for about 3 years. We moved out in May. We could not wait. We had the worst experience living here. When we first moved in things weren't too bad but they quickly went down hill. People would hang out in the stairways drinking, smoking and doing god knows what else. You literally had to climb over people when you would come home carrying bags of groceries because they were so rude they wouldn't even get out of your way. We even had one intoxicated girl who lived downstairs pee on our welcome mat. Yes, I said pee. The walls are so thin you could hear everything going on in the neighboring apartments. We would have to sleep on the floor in the living room most nights becuase the people in the apartment up against our bedroom would blast loud music at 3 or 4 in the morning. It was a nightmare. We called the office everyday and complained. Everyday they did nothing. We even called their so called curteousy officer and he never showed up. The staff is beyond incompetent. When it was time to renew our lease each year we would have to go down to the office 5 or 6 times because there was always some paperwork they didn't have us fill out even though we would ask multiple times if that was everything. They always said yes but the next day there would be a notice on our door threatening eviction if such and such paper wasn't filled out. I could go on forever about how the security gates were beyond broken. Our stickers never worked and we could never get in. On some occasions the gate would be jammed closed for days and you would have to drive around to some of the nearby apartments and hope that their gates would work so you could somehow get home. Please Please don't move here. I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did if not for financial reasons. Moving out was the best thing we ever did.Share This Review
