Something catastrophic always breaks in our home on a monthly basis and you have to call them ten or more times to get someone to fix it. When my lease was up we found a better place. The floor plan is why we moved in. We always choose the top floor unit at any place we live, we hate the noise above. It didn;t matter at that place. The concrete construction allows ALL noise to reverberate into your apartment. Parking is non-existent, management gave us a garafe until our lease ran out. ...Full review of Windsor Walk
