I feel bad for anybody who gets conned into buying one of these places. They're throwing some paint on the outside, redoing the patio, and building a few ammenities, but it doesn't change the fact that these buildings are almost 25 years old and SHOW IT. You can hear your neighbors like the walls are cardboard, there are various leaks in pipes that have caused a lot of mold to build up behind the walls, and parts of the floors are starting to get weak and will likely cave-in in the future, and hell, NONE of the units even have modern ammenities like washer/dryer hookups. Sorry but it's not worth $125,000 to buy one of these places, and you'll unlikely get your investment back. Just because they changed the name to something classy sounding like Cypress Falls doesn't mean these are classy buildings. I liked the places OK for temporary living - like somebody else said, they're pretty much like any other apartment in the price range - but would I ever buy one? Not on your life! Also, Belcher Road will be going through the back of this place soon, so you'll also get to hear plenty of traffic all day and night.
