I´ve lived here for 2 years and am mostly satisfied with my experience. The rent is much cheaper than most places which is what attracted me. There is not a lot of noise and very few kids; however, lots of turnover so you never really know who your neighbors are. The apartments are older so there are some appearance issues related to wear, but most apartments are OK. Management is fairly responsive to maintenance requests - I´ve only called 3 times in 2 years. Car theft seems to be a big problem but you´ll have this anywhere you live. Keep your car doors locked, don´t keep any valuables in it, and arm the alarm and you shouldn´t have any problems.
The downside is there isn´t a pool or weight room. Grounds are always clean and landscape is well maintained. Dumpsters are sufficient and emptied regularly.
It´s a good place to live if you are just starting out or can´t afford to pay $600 for a one bedroom apartment. I would recommend it.
