Resident 2006 - 2007

when i first moved to breckenridge it was alright, nothing special but i waned to get off campus so i was excited. yeah the apartmen was chep and so wan everything in it. things broke, it took forever for them to fix the ac but all that i could get over. Nothing, however is as bad as the office people. i renewed my lease thinking evevything would be fine since i would get to stay where im at(i had no car at the time)one minth into the new lease i get a letter under my door telling me i have to move because they reanted the place to some other people, some boys. They made me move all my things to a dark dingy dirty apartment in the back of the complex. the place was not safe. so many people had keys to the front door i never left enything in the common area. my roomates were always loud smoking weed on the balcony and drinking all the time.It go so bad the other girl moved out. our electric was always over because all the people who had keys to the place cooked, did laundry there and even slept there. one time somebody even opened my locked bedroom door in the middle of the night when i was sleeping. that was the last straw i went to management, which i had done before and kim told me she had served notices to them. Two weeks later all the same things are still going on. I call kim, she says she visisted and it doeant look like anyone else is living there. I was flabergasted how could that be did she missed all the clothes on the living room floor, and in the laundry room. or the sleeping people on the floors maybe or maybe she forgot her glasses and somehow missed the arrangement of blankets all over where different people sleep. But there is no way she could have missed the distinctive smell of weed that permitted the entire place. So for my own safety i moved the heck out and i would suggest you not get yourself caught in that. they dont care what goes on in the apartments as long as the people in there are alive enough to pay the rent. Pleae try another place.
