I wouldn´t live there again
Overall, Seabrook is not a good deal. Landscaping is fair. Parking lot should be resurfaced. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and air conditioner all appeared old and in poor condition. About four or five times in the year that we were there the front gate was stuck open for several days at a time. Pool area appeared satisfactory. Fitness room was nice with a variety of good machines. Noise was a big problem. We had neighbors that would sometimes play loud music, and it came right through to our apartment. Management and staff were helpful and professional . Several community-related events were organized. One strange thing that I noticed is that the assistant manager seemed to change every couple of months or so. My impression is that the owners of Seabrook are holding a little too tight to the money. I think that old appliances need to be replaced and more maintenance needs to be done to justify their rent prices. Now I am helping my son find an apartment and we will not be considering Seabrook. I am finding better maintained communities with better apartments for lower prices, not to mention impressive move-in incentives – something that was not offered to me at Seabrook.
