The office staff hardly ever answers the phone. They only assign you "one" parking spot for a 2 bedroom apartment and when I moved in I couldn't find my spot and the office staff couldn't either due to the numbers being illegible or in numerical order. You would think they'd have a assignment sheet. If you have more than one car you have to park in visitors which is very far depending on where your apartment is. Your car will be towed without any notification from the leasing office so don't make the mistake of parking in the wrong spot. I was towed when I parked in the spot right next to mine by mistake because the numbers are unclear and it was raining heavy that day. I didn't receive a notice or warning even though my tag and car information is registered in the leasing office. The gym is a joke and the equipment is outdated and broken. The grounds and landscaping are never in top shape, there are leaves everywhere. Can I please walk into my house without taking the whole tree? My neighbors above and below are loud. I mean the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring which is no exaggeration, so of course if my neighbor plays music it'll sound like a surround sound system. My cable didn't work because Comcast said the wires in my place were very old. The almost 1300 sqft and screened in patio is wonderful. Overall there are better complexes near by and you get what you pay for. Next time I'm cashing out for not only a nice place but for the amenities and services that will come with it.
