I lived here in hell for 11 months without a/c or heat. We addressed the issue to management several times who never felt the need to do anything about it. There was also many tenants living there with many small children, i.e. five or more in one bedroom apartments smh. It is very cheap as far as rent, but you will have to live under very primitive conditions. Not to meantion the roaches, which would go away until someone else moves in next door and brings a whole new tribe with them. Windows have no screens in them making them impossible to open during the hott georgia summers, did i mention the lack of a/c, yes just imagine june and august HELLL!! It is somewhat quiet during the day as if most folk may be at work or school, but the weekends are on and poppin, with gunshots heard every half hour or so, seeing as i'm from chicago, that did not bother me soo much, but if you want to live comfortably do not move here, there are plenty of at least decent places not too far from here. Good luck.
