you do get what you pay for
pros: - cheap rent - great location (not far from Howell Mill and Midtown) - the young lady in the leasing office is very nice cons: - old - the building shakes every time an 18-wheeler drives down the road (often) - you can here everything outside of your apartment as if it's going on inside of your apartment - i would put my ac on 60 and run it for 24 hrs straight but my apt never cooled - likewise, in the winter, i was better off walking around my apt in sweat pants and a jacket than having a 200-300 gas bill to warm (not even heat) this place - poor insulation - gihugic (gigantic fused with huge) roaches - cheap carpet - maintenance guy pissed in my toilet, left the toilet seat up, and didn't flush (not joking) all in all, you get what you pay for. if you're on a budget and want good location, you can survive this. otherwise, if you can afford better, please search elsewhereShare This Review
