I put in a service request due to bed bugs that appeared to be coming in from my bedroom ceiling on Monday 9/9/13 with the short male leasing guy with the glasses in the leasing office. I waited 24 hrs and no one came to check on my situation....I made another service request on Wednesday 9/11/13 with the female with glasses and no one came until Friday 9/13/13, 5 days after initial service request!!!! Once I entered my home I discovered my bed and couch covers partially folded over exposing my bare mattress and couch and it appeared a grown man was STANDING on my bed as I saw 2 BIG work boot marks on my bed sheet!!! There was no note left behind as to who what in my home or a phone call regarding the findings/follow-up. I felt very disrespected. No one should be standing on my bed period and definitely not with work boots on! It should not take 5 days for someone to respond to a service request. There should a note left behind or follow-up. By the time someone got to my apartment, I had already spent approximately $60.00 to get rid of the bed bugs MYSELF!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with how things were handled and wish to be reimbursed for the money I spent to handle the problem myself.
