This is my first year renting here at Spring Creek. I did not live here when the property was under AMLI management.

I think that this complex is great temporary housing. I have not had any of the problems that the other residents have had. I am assuming that people living in different buildings have different experiences. My neighbors are wonderful. I also love the diversity of the place. I did not want to live in an area where it was all one race, so Spring Creek is perfect in that sense.

I am happy with my apartment, the location, and the affordable rent. There are bugs when the weather is warmer, but that is to be expected since the apartments are built inside of a forest! That's a no brainer. Bugs will find themselves in your apartment, no matter how clean a person you are. I love the scenary, so I can deal with the bugs. It's a trade off I am willing to accept; however I do not like the new white flourescent paint that the new management company has used near the leasing office. I think it's an eye sore. Maintenance has always been timely and done correctly. I never have a problem with parking. I have met lots of nice people who live here through the tennis courts. I am female and single; however I have to say I have never felt in danger.

I would recommend it for a young, single, professional. I do not think I would enjoy living here if I had a family.
