It's home but improvements to the property only just started withing the last year or so. Definitely needs more consistency in managing cleanup of the homeless people using the restroom in the stairwells

Overall, my experience has been pretty decent. The new management company has been making great strides to improve the quality of the space. Improvements are still needed in terms of updating the quality of the ammentities and overall cleanliness of the property and rooftop.

Lately, my experience with Peninsula at Buckhead has been trying. I have experienced Pest issues, mold, leaking ceiling, over filled trash chutes, broken security features, lost mail, unprofessional and ignorant staff and so much more.

My experience here hasn't been pleasant. Lack of professionalism, people break into vacant units. Lack of safety etc. leasing staff is irresponsible, and rude. Lack of communication, and accountability.

I absolutely love it here!!! Everyone in the office is so friendly. Management is AMAZING!! The roof top is everything and the apartments are beautiful! Location is great! So many great things in the area.

Extremely thin floors. Loud neighbors above me. Trash chutes are often full, resulting in trash being all over the halls. Staff rarely pick up the phone in the main office. Package room not perfect but pretty efficient and location close to many restaurants and stores.
