Post spoiled the whole process and any attempt at positive customer service with a rude final communication. Not only did Post get my forwarding address incorrect, they depend on people paying all of their rent online for 12 months and then make the mistake of relying on snail mail for the final statement. Surely there is some way for people who have been paying ahead of the payment due date for 12 entire months to continue paying all of their fees online. I received an email barely a month after moving out from Post telling me that I should have already have gotten a final statement. Of course I didn't receive it because the address they had listed was not the address I gave to them as my forwarding address. It seems someone transposed the figures when they typed in the address--not my mistake. I immediately dropped everything I was doing and submitted via email (how antiquated) the debit card information so that the final statement would be paid. In my email submitting the debit card information I asked that the collections person, FN, "confirm receipt of this email." She didn't confirm receipt of the email but she immediately input my debit card information because I immediately saw the pending withdrawal from my account. Thanks for the crappy customer service, FN!!! Whatever anyone else at Post did during my 12-month stay there to try to deliver good customer service, FN demolished in one fatal swoop. Lesson learned. I won't be back at Post because of one ridiculous person who ruined the whole experience for me--and it was a Post mistake that prevented me from ever receiving the final statement. Rude and without an excuse! FN, be informed that even though you work in what is called "collections" for Post does NOT give you an excuse to be rude and not comply with good, on-time, paying customers' requests, especially when Post has made a mistake with the address! Grow up! Post, I'm disappointed in the manner you handled the final communication with me and I won't be a Post customer again because of it. There are far too many other apartment complexes out there vying for my hard-earned money for me to ever give it to a corporation I know doesn't care about me as an on-time paying client. Good riddance! BTW, my final statement was less than $70--and Post chose to lose a potential on-time paying future client over such a small amount because they don't have the good sense to hire people with customer services skills in their so called collections department.
