No place to park. Hallway carpets are disgusting. Gutters need to be cleaned. When it rains water comes in the window due to the clogged gutters. Some lights in the main entrance area are not working. Some hallway lights are not working. PARKING!!!

Great location, very accessible to many grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. As well as the proximity to MARTA for travel, residents have little need for a car as everything is within walkable distance.

Go somewhere else.You can get so much more for your money with the incompetent, sarcastic responses. Nothing ever gets done unless you climb a wall or do it yourself. The complex has gone downhill over the past few years.

This place is not soundproofed. If you live on the East part of the building train noise is unbearable. Gates are not locked and homeless people are wondering in the hallways. There is no functioning mail boxes so you need to waste about an hour… See More >11/28/2022

Terrible experience. Community manager was very rude. I was accused of many things. Maintenace team never fixed our issue. We were given some many excused. Washer and dryer didn't work properly. Overall was a terrible experience.

My experience has been generally good. Public transportation and the Kroger store being walking distance is one of the major perks living here. It can be improved with the recent rise of package thefts and the noise, especially loud music, needs to be enforced.

It is a good experience staying here. The maintenance is quick. Good accessibility to all the stores and commutation is quick and easy. Very near to many restaurants and pubs. Good neighborhood and quiet place. Good & secured access to parking

Even if the apartment complex is next to the Marta station, the community is quiet and safe. The location is also convenient to go to the Midtown and Buckhead area. The price is reasonable comparing to other apartments complex.
