| 06/25/2012 | Lived here over one year now, it's pretty mediocre. The good: -BEAUTIFUL grounds, it makes me so happy to see all the trees and birds. Landscaping does a great job. -Fairly cheap rent. -Two pools, a gym, grilling/picnic areas The bad: -BUGS. My car gets invaded by ants every summer (I do not keep food in my car), and the numerous tiny spiders in our apartment have taken to feasting on the ants that wander inside and stringing them up on the ceiling.
