There are good and bad parts to Wesley Creekside.
Good:
I have not had any major problems with my apartment, and for the most part maintaince fixed things on time. There were however times when they did not fix things when I needed them to be fixed.
I have never had any major problems with the staff in the front office either.
Bad:
I have seen the quality of these apartments go down since I´ve moved in.
I have received notices on my door about breakins.
The gate can be annoying. I have sat at the gate for long minutes trying to get in.
The quality of the actual apartments is poor.
The walls are thin. (I can hear my neighbors when they are talking in the apartments.)
The cable sucks. (Who has ever heard of Southeastern Broadband, it must be a mom and pop owned company because it is hard to reach someone when you call.)
I guess you get what you pay for. I am happy to say that my lease is up and I have moved into a house. (Which I appreciate!) Because of the price of the apartment, it helped me to save up for a home. So if your goal is a house and you don´t want to throw your money away paying rent you could probably survive these apartments for a liitle while. I would recommend this place to someone who is just looking for a place to stay for a little while and does not plan to lease the apartment for a long time.
