Years at this apartment: 2010 - 2010
I have lived in Bridge Mill for 4 months now and I have had more problems than I can count. I basically have to harass the office and call 5 or 6 times to get my problems fixed. I still have 2 issues they have came and "fixed" four times, but they still aren't working correctly. I was promised new wood in the kitchen prior to moving in since there is mildew everywhere are the wooden cabinets are warped. This IS a health risk and nobody should live under these conditions. I haven't had cold water in my master bathroom since I moved in (which I have given up on) and within 2 days of living here, both handles broke. In 4 months, by washer connection has exploded twice, finally the maintenance man that came the second time was so great, he alone kept me from flipping out and breaking my lease.
I don't have a problem with safety (yet anyway) I live in a back apartment and people are always walking through here and even DRIVING (which I was told by the office women that it was okay and they were letting them do this), which is unsafe and trashy. But in general I have been friendly to people around me and they are friendly (as far as neighbors) and that makes me feel safer.
The rent of good, but should should be reduced a few hundred dollars since the conditions are that of a leaky, abandoned, run-down shack. Plus on their utility bill, they charge you 15.00 as "general electric" when you pay your own electric bill through GA Power.... Right.
I didn't have a bug problem until the people above me left, but now, they are all here and a part of the family since the bug man can't seem to get rid of them (which we also pay for every month in our "utility bill".
Overall, it will do for the next 7 months until we are out of here.
