Honest Review
The place is fine and I would suggest it to others. It is near the Forum shoppping district and plenty of access to great restaurants and boutiques. Entertainment and gyms are easy to get to as well. There have been no break ins or dead bodies in our building. Pests such as spiders and woodland insects are to be expected now and again due to the fact that my building sits right along a tree line which provides a nice view from the balcony. Maintenance responds quickly to issues. I would, however, suggest fixing things for yourself if at all possible. As neighbors go, there are always good and bad. My neighbors are quiet for the most part and their guests are respectful of others as well. I like the office staff, Victor is the manager and is great, the staff too, they all know residents by name and are always friendly to my family and I. The grounds are kept up when it comes to landscaping and such, as is the pool. The upgrades are nice and the prices are very, very decent. The only reason I am moving is to have my children in a different school district. I will be moving to another Berkshire property. Private schools are all over nearby, and are more desirable than Berkeley Lake Elementary and Duluth Middle School, if you can afford it.Share This Review
