| 06/04/2013 | Where to begin...the construction is HORRIBLE, BUT they are doing necessary work that has been needed for quite some time. The issue is less about the demolition and construction, as it is the treatment residents receive from the building manager - specifically ----------------who has mastered the art of the "pity look" and offers zero solutions to what is a living environment with daily problems. All of which she takes no ownership of and proceeds to blame/point fingers at other staff or maintenance or whoever she thinks is responsible other than herself. -------------- is the exception, she is always friendly, understanding ...
