I have lived in Wynfield Park for almost 3 years and I like it. The staff including Sattie Persaud-Alami and Ed Ford, are very friendly and helpful. They know me by name and my apartment number. When I go in to get my packages they know what apartment number to look for w/o even asking. Yes they accept packages for you which is really convenient. I thought about leaving and I have looked ...Full review of Wynfield Park

I moved into building B a couple of weeks ago. I haven't seen one bug yet and they treated both buildings once already since I've been here. The building is kind of noisy, as is the whole neighborhood. It is a college town after all. This place is really old and right next to the metro station, so you hear everything from there also, not to mention CSX blowing their horns ...Full review of Columbia Manor

I love everything about this place, except four things. The main one is cockroaches... I'm sorry, but they come and go. It's disgusting. The second: water is being constantly turned off. It's annoying. And the third: elevators work extremely slow. There no lights on the numbers and buttons, when you click on them. It's also extremely annoying. The last one: they raise the rent every year. So, ...Full review of Seven Springs Apartments

Camden College Park , I am currently living here. You cannot beat the location. It's very close to the University of Maryland. You are in walking distance, to a lot of common needs. Apartments are nice. Building is quiet. The staff is great. They are always very helpful and maintenance is extremely responsive. Biggest issue: parking. Camden is a little on the expensive side. It is ...Full review of Camden College Park

Verified Resident says: Start educating the residents about quiet hours, too much noise after 10pm. I love Seven Springs but neighbors are noisy, jumping and dancing. You need a policy for residents to follow and respect especially in Winter season. I hope you take action and develop quiet hours policy. ..full review of Seven Springs Apartments (formerly Seven Springs Village)

Verified Resident says: Junky apartments, extremely over priced, not well-maintained, they call a couple of lines of grout in the bathroom "newly remodeled". Community is geared towards college kids, and is awful for anyone else. Interiors are very cheaply done, old drywall box that used to contain cooling unit in apt ..full review of Seven Springs Apartments (formerly Seven Springs Village)

Verified Resident says: Living at Seven Springs has been thoroughly adequate. We like the free parking, the laundry rooms on each floor, and the convenient access to UMD and WMATA bus stops. Rent is reasonable. We've had some maintenance/pest issues but nothing too far out of the ordinary for apartment living. ..full review of Seven Springs Apartments (formerly Seven Springs Village)

Verified Resident says: The apartment complex has a big mice and roach problem. The leasing office has been responsive to my requests for an exterminator. I've gotten many extermination visits. Verified Resident says: The community has been fine. I love that tenants can control the ac/heating and that they are central rather than window units (for AC). Verified Resident says: This is ok for while I am in school but I would not want to live here longer than that. Floors are super squeaky so upstairs neighbors are loud even when they are not making any noise. Management is very nice and very courteous. There very are convenient bus stops right in the apartments. ..full review of Seven Springs Apartments (formerly Seven Springs Village)
