First off, don't even think about moving here unless you get the top floor. I lived on the bottom floor the first month, and it was unbearable. The thump from the floor above you at 3:00 in the morning makes you wonder why you're paying $1000 .

Second, I had respectable neighbors. At least they became respectable after I complained about their loud --- music. Management called them and even left a note on their door telling them to shut fhe f*** up. After that it was quiet.

Third, I had a W/D!!! I live in L.A. now and that is unheard of. I looked at a 1200 sq ft apt in Beverly Hills, $2000 a month. no W/D!!!

Fourth, it was cozy in the winter time. Nice and warm, cool in the summers.

I miss Stonehaven, but I'm pretty sure I had a better experience than most. Only so many people can live on the top floor.
