Not bad so far...
I have been living here for about 3 months now, and so far things are pretty good. The complex is very convenient...several shopping centers in walking distance, several metro buses come to/near the property, and Suitland Metro station is about 2 miles away. There are washers and dryers in each unit, which is nice. My apartment is a little smaller than I'm used to, but cozy. Closet space is limited. The office staff is very professional, and usually handle any issues quickly. Maintenance can be a little slow, sometimes 2 to 3 days before they respond to a request. I have not seen any roaches, mice, or other pests so far. The tenants in my building are nice and usually quiet. I love the electronic entry of the building and the intercom used for letting in guests. I never see any loitering on the property, and the grounds usually look clean. Parking seems adequate on my side of the complex. I have had a few minor issues. The water pressure for hot water in my apartment is usually very low. I have asked to have this checked out, but nothing has been done. Also, the heating system is not the best. I was told it's called a heat pump, but it seems to have problems working properly in extremely cold weather. There seems to be an awful lot of apartment inspections done here, but I guess it's kind of a good thing. All in all, it's probably one of the best complexes in this area for this price range. A simple, decent place to call home.Share This Review
