This place sucks. Most of he neighbors are home all day so there is really never any quite. The landlord has put new single pane windows in HALF of the units almost TWO years ago and we still havent seen ours after numerous promises. There is always a different maintenance manshowing up, and believe me they arent bonded. a lot of the tenants have bedbugs- kids play in the grass in the court yard. They wont replace or clean the carpet and pur kitchen cabinets were from the late sixties. There is a lot more to be said but I think you all get the picture.DONT waste your time.
