We've lived here for a year and a half, and have had nothing but a great experience. Yes, it is expensive, but that is downtown living. You'll have to pay for parking everywhere, which is a downside of living in the city. Sue and Donna have been most accommodating and are the best landlords we've ever had. If you show and treat them with respect, they will do the same. Jeff and Jane are also great, as maintenance and cleaning are always done in a timely and professional manner. A tenant above us had a leak with his air conditioning, which caused a water leak in our unit. They had it taken care of, plastered, painted, and cleaned, before I was even home from work that day. We've looked at just about every other option for downtown living, and nothing compares to all the benefits of living here.
