| 05/31/2013 | I have lived here for 3 years. The first 2 were great, and then Connor group bought the property and ruined the value. The cost per month for my 1-BR increased from 650 to an unreasonable 850 practically overnight without any changes to my living conditions. I plan to move out as soon as my lease runs out. The facilities have always been excellent, with adequate parking and a clean pool area. The justification for a price increase was due to "spray paint" countertops (to look like granite?) and vinyl stickers on the floors (to look like wood?). Apparently this ...
