The Quarry

 
BEWARE!!!! No longer an Edwards Community. The Quarry used to be one of the best places to live in Columbus but not anymore! It was recently purchased by The Connor Group and things quickly went south. Maintenance went from same day fixes to taking at least a week (also involves multiple phone calls to get them to do anything). Utilities went up and include an "admin fee" which is equivalent to or greater than the water bill itself.

Recently, the gate from the McKinley entrance was broken down and they left it like that for several weeks. Unsurpisingly, 11 apartments just got broken into.

You do not have to take my word for it either. Feel free to google The Connor Group and look at all the websites/groups dedicated to warning potential rentors (ex. www.rentn.org , https://twitter.com/AntiConnorGrp). Also, if you visit the property, feel free to look around the fitness center and how dirty it is. That will just give you an idea of the poor upkeep you can expect at the rest of the property.

There are so many options out there right now. Please do not give them your money.

My apartment was one that got broken into since the new maintenance people came. That gate got broken the same night 12/28 and has been broken ever since. I noticed a sign on the marble slab at the McKinley entrance that reads, "Do Not Rent Here". What a waste this place is now! I am sure it was the maintenance people who stole my computer, iPod, and other unmentionables (literally, perverts)!

Couldn't agree more. Please please do yourself a favor and don't rent here. So different than when Edwards uses to manage. Maintenance is inexistent. You go to office to pick up a package and the wait is at least 15 mins until somebody shows up. Dirty nasty garbage everywhere. Can't wait until my lease is up. No need to leave here when there'd are so many new nicer options in Columbus

Correct!!!!! I cannot bear waiting in office for long time to pick up my package!!!And they don't have sheets to check your packages now!!you have to make sure how many packages you have. they won't check for you!
