The staff here at Chestnut Hills Apartments are wonderful people. They listened to every concern during the process and were able to get things done in a speedy manner to create a smooth move in process for me and my family.

So far we're loving everything. Great service and area is so peaceful and the neighbors are mindful and respectful so as the staff. The community is quiet and friendly and everyone minds their business.

The office staff was very helpful during the move in process. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and a fair price, plus everything has been recently updated. You can tell maintenance takes good care of it as well.

The community is wonderful. Front office staff is awesome and maintenance man is super nice. The building/apartment however is horrible and if I would have been able to do the walk through prior to signing the lease, I definitely would NOT have signed a lease!!!

I'm liking this community and complex very much. The apartments are clean and very much nice looking. I appreciate all the amenities and very responsive office staff. I've received great help in referals to WiFi as well.

Close to freeway. Nice staff great for summer parties in the pool .. 24 hour gym great before or after work.. school districts great walking distance to Walmart. 711 has Redbox and slurpees all walking distance
