I've lived at this apartment for almost two years and it has been an excellent experience. The area is conveniently located near an I-5 N and S bound on-ramp, a couple blocks from the pioneer square transit station and close walking distance to capitol hill and downtown. I have the zone 7 parking pass and have little difficulty finding street level parking (it is near downtown so recommend you leave nothing visible in your car worth a smash and grab). The building seems to be consistently improved upon with brand new washer dryers being the latest addition. The few maintenance requests I've had were responded to quickly. The building is very dog friendly and have had no negative experiences with any other tenant. The area is improving too with a new coffee shop and neighborhood grocery store opening up just blocks away. My rent was raised last year but a fraction of the average Seattle increase and with one month rent free lease signing option it only came to an increase of 12 dollars a month!
