| 08/07/2012 | Overall my one year stay at Concept One was great. Joe is very very organized and is aware of everything that happens inside and around the building. The maintenance is kind, helpful, and will usually always help out the moment you need them. Although the location is in Belltown, which is known for it's bars and night life, the noise level was bearable and after a few weeks the noise was no issue at all. As for safety, I felt very safe.
