good area, but maintenance has been getting sloppy
I've been here for nearly two years now and i absolutely love love the location. It's so convenient and close to everything! I forgot what the last manager's name was I think it was Joe or John or something like that but he was awesome!!ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Furnished unit in building
My husband and I are renting a furnished/utilities unit in Oxford Apartments while we are in town for business. The building itself is older, but has clearly been renovated and updated. The apartment is small, but perfectly comfortable for two people, and in our caseā¦Ā See More >anonymous

OK until you decide to move out
I lived at the Oxford Apartments for a year. I had few maintenance issues that were never addressed, but you can expect that level of service at most places in the similar price range. Staff was fine until I decided to move out. Even thoughā¦Ā See More >theoxfordssuck

Horrid new apartment manager
The old apartment manager was absolutely wonderful however, unfortunatly the new apartment manager is horrible. he has on a couple occasions opened my apartment door when placing trashbags outside of it. also he has talked to me about how many people are there and forā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Thrive Aint Cutting It
They are advertising Quality, Luxury and Location. All of which is a total joke. Quality, not even in the service or respect. Luxury, left with Urchin and Polite Society and the location, well, thats the only good thing about this place. ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

New management sucks
I have been living here about 2 years and have been a stellar resident. Unfortunately there is a nitpicky old hag who likes to complain about everyone and she has finally decided to start complaining about me (after 2 years of no complaints). Even thoughā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Take a look for yourself
We have enjoyed living here with everything within walking distance of our building. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who loves downtown living.

Building in need of leadership!
The Oxford apartments in downtown Seattle are amazing, with high ceilings, fabulously upgraded bathrooms and kitchen cabnitery, and public and private spaces that are painted to create a very pleasant and enjoyable environment. The last manager added planters and a canopy to the street entranceā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The Change at the Oxford in Mgt.
The negative June 20th posted review is completely false. The terminated manager, who left the building in April, obviously has an axe to grind. The building is so much better off with this former manager gone. The Oxford is a great building in a great location run byā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Last Review Written By Terminated Manager
I have lived at The Oxford for two years. It appears that the former manager, who was terminated by the building's owner, felt the need to spread untruthful statements about the new management in his review dated June 20/2008. The reality is allā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Going Down the Tubes!!
This building was great when the manager (Jason) was there. He ran a tight ship, and was really funny, and personable. He was the reason the building had gone through so mnay great improvements(unit updates, new carpets, new lounge, new awning, new decor), in the last 3 years.ā¦Ā See More >rentsalot2008

lotsa bang for your buck!
I loved living here. I recently just moved, but I must say, that it was one of the friendliest small management teams I have ever encountered. The manager was the main reason I moved in, and he never let me down. I highly recommendā¦Ā See More >anonymous

You can get better for your money
This isn't the worse place in the world, but for the price...you can do better. Its is a good location. The management isn't real helpful and can be rude. I have never felt unsafe and repairs will happen after you bug them aā¦Ā See More >jerm

Maybe it has changed since 2000 I loved it.
When I was there I loved it. I was going to the art institute and was just a couple blocks away. I lived in their little one bedroom. <br>Which was unique in of itself as the "bedroom" was partitioned by giant sliding closet likeā¦Ā See More >anonymous
