Great for a place to "store" your stuff, but not to live!
My family lived here for about three years in a two bedroom apartment (we stayed so long because it was easier to stay than to move our family).
Positives:
Parking right by apartment (but not covered)
Nice appliances and carpet flooring
Friendly management
Area outside was kept clean and flowers planted
Close to freeway
Negatives:
Horrible paint job - stuff, like hair, painted into walls, dishes, etc always stuck to paint job
Repairs were not done in a timely or professional manner - always seemed quick and patched together
When you move in or out, there is no place to park so you have to pay at a lot, or try for a spot on another road and then haul your stuff up a hill. Also, no elevator in building and small stairwells
Brochure that I was given said exercise facilites and a pool, but there are not either one there
Too high rent, which always increased at a much higher rate, parking also a lot for uncovered spot
Noisy due to close to Harborview hosptial and all the ambulences, police cars
Mail and newspaper were always stolen
Loud neighbors - walls were very thin and could always hear people above us
Outside windows were always dirty
Parking area was not secure by gate or anything and not well lit
Garbage dumpsters in parking lot so you woke up early every couple of days to garbage truck which was very loud
Intercom system did not always work
Laundry facilities in basement - had to wait in line for machines
Share This Review
