I love living at Lake Heather Reserve because it is located near anything you would need. For example, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and quality medical services. The maintenance staff are absolutely outstanding, professional and quick to fix issues. I have several health issues and they help with me some personal issues such as helping with groceries or other maintenance issues. Recently I more

I have lived at Crowne at Grandview since 2001, and I have no complaints. It is a wonderful place to live. They have responded promptly to everything I needed. The landscaping is beautiful with large trees, manicured shrubs, lush lawn, and beautiful flowers groomed and changed with the seasons. The apartments are truly luxurious, bright with spacious rooms, large windows, beautiful carpeting and more

I just bought a house and moved out of this apartment complex after 5 years as a resident. It would be hard to find a better complex anywhere! The location is extremely convenient to UAB, Samford, Vestavia, and Hoover. I lived in both a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom during my time there. The apartments are roomy and well maintained. The management and maintenance are fantastic. I have put in service more

HONEST REVIEW:: Sometimes it can be very hard when deciding rather or not you want to move to a particular Apartment community. Even the reviews can be hard to rely on being that office staff can easily create an account, write numerous positive reviews, and just make the community look as though its the best place to live on Earth. When in actuality, it very well may not be and you don't more

This is a wonderful community that is quiet and well kept! It is managed by a great staff that knows the value of taking care of its residence. They are very involved and respond quickly to any needs that you might have. My family and I have lived in many apartment communities with my job taking me around the country, but this is by far the best. From facilitating the lease signing and move in more

Not the worst complex, but certainly far from the best, or even average. Most of the ratings left on this site are likely from the leasing office itself, otherwise there is no way it is rated so highly. My wife and I had to call maintenance at least once a month for water related issues, mold, rats, cockroaches, and plumbing. The most aggravating issue was that we were told there would be no more

University Place

951 18th Street South, Birmingham, AL 35205

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years. The location is great, it's practically on UAB campus, a 5 minute walk from Five Points. Furnished, reasonable rent (utilities are included!), well maintained, apartments are on the smaller (cozier) side but the property has a night guard, gated parking, on-site gym, a pool and great laundry facilities. Property manager, Mysti is awesome! She is more

Highland Towers Apartments

2251 Highland Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35205

This building has AMAZING views, is extremely convenient, and perfectly located. I could not ask for a better location. I've lived here for about 18 months and the view alone sold me, but the company not so much. Then a few months ago a new company came in and has made all the difference in the world. The building is so much cleaner and the updates make if feel super expensive and lavish. more
