I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now. Before the new property manager arrived(Nicole), there was no way we were going to renew our lease. Before she became the new property manager our apartment was what I considered terrible condition. Kristen (the old manager) never got anything I submitted as a work order completed. I would have to submit multiple work orders on the same problem because they would say the work order was "completed". There was an incident when the fire department had to come check all the apartments because a small fire broke out. The maintenance supervisor at the time (Jason) was with the fireman when he was checking the apartments. Instead of opening the door to let the fireman in, Jason allows the fireman to kick our door in breaking our door frame and the molding around the door. It also made it where there was a 1/2in gap in the door that was letting nothing but cold air in. I submitted several work orders on this issue, but I could never get Kristen to replace my door with a brand new one, which is what she said they were going to do for us. Well let's just say it never happened while she was there. Then something wonderful happened.. Nicole showed up and WOW how things have changed. She will call me and ask how I liked the work that was completed as well as keep me updated on issues that require vendors to come do the work at our apartment. Within the first week as new property manager, she has a vendor come out to look at our door and order was one. One the door shipped, they immediately installed the new door and guess what? No gaps!! Thanks to her and the new wonderful maintenance staff, we have decided to renew another year. This place is so peaceful and located to so many convenient things. I would recommend this place NOW thanks to the new wonderful staff that actually cares about their tenants.
