I'm brand new to this apartment complex, but I love it so far! When I got my keys I was surprised to find an unexpected flooring upgrade in my unit. I had a couple of very minor maintenance requests on my move-in checklist, and they took care of them right away. My only negative so far is the very limited open parking for anyone who has guests or more than one vehicle- they are almost ALWAYS full. more

I am a new resident o Crossroads Apartments since February 1, 2015. I found the apartments through apartment ratings.com, after extensive search on my own, and finding crappy places within my budget. The fact that Crossroads apartments scored a nice 83% after 86 reviews made me check them out. We all know that people are more likely to write bad reviews, and don't very often take the time to more

I'm new to to the community but have to say from day one my experience with the staff and property have been nothing but exceptional! I moved to the valley about six months ago and lived mostly in corporate housing and had the opportunity to have an extensive look about the entire valley, looking for a neighborhood or community to call home. In the months prior to choosing 4225 I visited more

Camden Copper Square

Since rates vary based on renting season, some residents pay much more than others. This isn't convenient for everyone, but it's a smart way for management to maintain the community without raising rent for everyone. A quote in the off-season will be an absolute bargain for downtown Phoenix. If you wish to renew your lease, simply being nice to management and having a good track record more

Renovated house should be one with all brand new equipments. I was told it's a renovated house but when I moved I noticed evrything is old one only. and the rent am paying is also high. I don't think I can go for renewal as my rent would go high with out any value add. more

Paradise Palms

After deciding to move from Paradise Palms, Leah was a tremendous help to me. Moving is a nightmare, however, she ended the pain. I was looking to downsize, and as I looked for an apartment, there were thousands. Leah offered to have me stay in one of the one bedrooms, but also provided me with the company website. Wow. . I was very impressed! My search had just narrowed down to 35 properties more

Talus Ranch at Sonoran Foothills

Over all its a very good complex! The apartments are nice and i personally havent had problems with hearing neighbors. Its also fairly cheap for what you get compared to other places around...the problems though are they charge for everything...your base rent isnt anywhere close to what you actually pay, i usually pay $100 over my base rent in fees and utilities before electric...and the pool more
