The Station on Central

4140 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012

10/07/14 by anonymous: DO NOT RENT HERE. Under the new management things have gotten worse. The prior management at least tried to be responsive. The new management just says "there are lots of work orders ahead of you" - for TWO MONTHS now! We renewed last year, but will be out of here when our lease expires in a few months. Without a doubt the worst-managed apartment I have ever lived in. more

Covington Park Apartment Homes

2902 West Sweetwater Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85029

10/17/14 by anonymous: This apartment complex at first seemed amazing but once we moved in it was less than satisfactory. The parking issues is the main problem. There are probably no more than 30 extra spots throughout the complex that are not covered and not assigned to an apartment but when we moved in the office said that we were allowed up to three vehicles? If we cannot find a space we then have to park outside more

Rancho Viejo (formerly L'Auberge Rancho Viejo)

8530 North 22nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021

08/25/14 by anonymous: I moved into this apt 8 months ago. Biggest mistake ever. One maintenance problem after another, as a matter a fact they it usually took maintenance about three wks to come around and usually does nothing. Refrigerator has been leaking for months onto the floor, maintenance came twice to fix it, same issue. Hot water is dangerously hot since I was having problem with my showers getting cold more

The Met

200 East Fillmore Road, Phoenix, AZ 85004

04/03/14 by anonymous: I've lived at The Met for a few years. The community is clean and very well maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive, maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours. I found this website while looking for an apartment in another state. I hope my future apartment is as nice as The Met. I wish The Met would move with me. more

The Enclave at Paradise Valley (formerly Paradise Trails)

4502 East Paradise Village Parkway South, Phoenix, AZ 85032

08/29/14 by Danielbui: After living in these apartments for a year I regret it with all my heart. Maintenance is a decent but the front office staff is ridiculous. Jermain is cool but the manager is a straight condescending piece of crap. She told us she would re new the lease for my roommate who was staying there another year and a couple days before he was going to go sign paper work she told him she already rented more

Westcreek Apartments

4040 W. Peoria Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85029

07/16/14 by tatia3: I moved in here because I need something fast, cheap and close to work. Well I got what I paid for. The complex was loud and not to mention I had a pretty disgusting downstairs neighbor who would throw his waste outside. When I brought it up to Cindy in the office all I got in response was I was a day late on rent. Safice to say nothing was done in regards to that matter. To make matters worse my more

Aspire Pinnacle Peak (Formerly Trillium Pinnacle Peak)

24250 N 23rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85085

08/09/14 by anonymous: Overall the community is beautiful. I love my apartment and the gorgeous amenities. I've lived here since it was Trillium Management and I hope to continue to renew my contract once it's up. My only concern that I would like to address are the children left unattended in the pool area without any supervision for hours. I work a Monday thru Friday job leaving my weekends to enjoy myself more

The Barrington Regent (Formerly Que Bonita Apartments)

825 W. Osborn Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85013

04/23/14 by anonymous: I moved into the Barrington Regent Apartments a couple years ago because they were in my price range, close to work, and were a secure residence in downtown Phoenix. However, the property needed some tender love and care to fix multiple issues, which were never truly addressed by the prior management. The Barrington Regent has now been under new management for a few months, and more

Montevida Apartments

7101 North 19th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021

04/21/14 by anonymous: I lived at Montevida for a year and half. Coming to the end of my lease, my vehicle was stolen. I called the office several times leaving a message each time letting them know what had happened. I did not receive one call back. Once I had my day off I went down the office to see if I could talk to someone about the matter. I talked to the Manager and she stated that they didn't receive more

Copper Canyon Apartments (formerly Shadow Mountain)

12440 North 19th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85029

10/04/14 by allene94: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I just signed my lease and I wish I could break it. This roach infested apartment is horrible. There is bugs everywhere, pest control comes out but it doesn't seem to help. I keep my apartment spotless. When I moved in the carpet was dirty, the dishwasher was dirty. The bedrooms are so tiny I could hardly fit my Queen bed in it. The bath tub doesn't work. Oh by the more
