Rancho Ladera

9605 S. 48th St., Phoenix, AZ 85044

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, located just a 5 minute walk away from South Mountain trails. Ahwatukee is an amazing neighborhood whether you are early 20's or a senior. Close to everything you need and want. My 1 br upper level apartment feels spacious and roomy especially with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. Kitchen is beautiful, appliances are not new but function great. more

Desert Club (formerly Archstone Desert Club)

6901 East Chauncey Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85054

I have lived at Desert Club for 1.5 years and have found it to be the best apartment experience I have had in the last 20 years. The staff is very friendly and keeps the place well maintained. When ever I needed some fixed it was promptly taken care of promptly. Due to my career I need to move, but have very much enjoyed Desert Club. My unit was a top floor and very quiet. Additionally, the more

Mandarina Apartments

5402 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034

02/05/15 by anonymous:
this has been one of the worst apartments i have ever lived in! there is nothing "luxury" about mandarina expect the price. the office manager lies, they lose peoples rent checks all the time, maintenance ends up coming in to fix the same thing 3 or 4 times because they can't do it right the first time or bring you used appliances that also don't work and is covered in dirt and more

The Hawthorne

3848 North 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013

03/05/15 by Tiny12:
I had no clue. Inflation would hit the Hawthorne this quick. The price of rentals has exploceded and its not worth the big bucks. The location downtown is beautiful but upon moving here it was far from a sweet deal. There is usually one treadmill working. The gym is bite size so its usually crowded. The rooms are small if you decide to buy or bring a King or California King furniture goodluck. The more

Vaseo Apartments

16220 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ 85022

04/24/15 by CDMCKY:
Vaseo is NOT the place to live if you want a good experience. I could tell you about all the lousy "maintenance", various difficulties and other B.S. but I'll just cut to the chase and strongly urge you to take a pass on Vaseo. I'm not "picky" and I don't expect more than I'm promised - at Vaseo you'll get lots of "guarantees" and smiles but more

Level at Sixteenth

1550 East Campbell Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85014

This place is located nicely. I gotta say though there are some issues. I lived next to a stripper(She invited me to her work several times) and lets say almost every Friday Saturday and Sunday she was being home a lucky guy, i would hear it all. The walls are super thin, the floors are loud, You can see and hear the Ghetto bird almost daily. The Gym is nice when stuff isnt broken. The pool is more

San Pedregal

16601 North 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85022

10/25/14 by 321launch:
Cons and Pros: Paid over 70 dollars a month in non-utilized fees. Valet trash, outside gas fees, building and maintanence fees, staffing fees and insurance, all included with rent.. There are other non-refundable fees upon move-in. I will never rent again at a Mark Taylor managed property. Usurious and exhorbitant fees and taxes abound! These fees are in addition to common utilities more

The Retreat

20808 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85027

05/27/15 by Verified Resident:
We moved in in 11/2010. Mgmt was better then and they responded to maintenance issues w/in 48hrs. Hannah Uptain is consistently helpful. The rent keeps going up to almost an unaffordable amount and I've been there almost five years. Disapointing. more

Presidio at South Mountain

13229 South 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044

05/29/15 by Verified Resident:
Unable to get Centurylink hooked up in this building due to an ongoing issue with the wiring or phone lines, i paid to have the service at my new address so I'm probably out $20 for the transfer charge. There has been an issue with my toilet since I moved in. more

04/15/15 by anonymous:
I HAVE LIVED AT COPPER PALMS SINCE SEPT 2O14.i have found the place quite, only seen the police here once, quite a few residents say hi as they walk by, office people friendly and small fixes get done by the following day. Easy to understand why place is always near 100% full. Big improvement over the complex i moved from. more
