Laurel Lane Apartments

2820 W Laurel Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85029

I have lived here for awhile and the only issues I have heard about are through other residents. I personally have had no issues, but I am tired of hear about others' issues. There have been a couple of validations but I see them coming from the same people and to the same people, not an overall problem. I have moved away and have returned, for the fact that people do keep to them more

If you like dog feces on your shoes when walking on the sidewalk or in the grass, then it's wonderful place. The grass is spotted from the dog feces. It smells like a zoo when the sun hits the grass and when the sprinklers come on awakening the buried feces. Next, they have not upgraded any of the fixtures, tubs/showers since they built the units. When they re-rent a unit, they keep the same more

The staff there is terrible! They are rarely in the office and when they are they're completely rude. I've asked to speak to the manger twice. First time is because no one seemed to have an answer for a basic question regarding my lease so they were going to have the manager call me w the answer... Over a month now and never once received a call. I've gone in to follow up.. No one more

The place looks nice on the outside what with all the trees, plants, and grass. But on the inside the place is infested with roaches & I mean INFESTED! Rent is way too expensive considering all the issues, the maintanance man is clearly a meth head & takes forever to fix something. My next door neighbor has came to my door at least 15 times now in the last 2 months asking for numerous more

WORST place to live. Noisy neighbors, when you go talk to management about it they do nothing. Stray cats running around having more babies, they "claim" they call animal control but nothing is ever done. --------- is just rude very hard to talk to. I told her that my neighbors were doing drugs and that I could smell it all the time yet nothing was ever done. DO NOT live in this more

I have lived here for 10 years and a quiet, nice, and well maintained community. The current manager has always been helpful in answering questions and getting things fixed in a timely manor. I have always found a cordial atmosphere and have had a great experience living here. Good family setting, with well maintained facilities. more

the truth be known, the parent management co Cornerstone has incorporated unconscionable paraphrasing and language that uses legal technicalities (rules) within the lease agreements that allow them to steal (tow) your property (vehicles)they do this in concert with their many towing companies, past and present for reasons like "cob webs" which can happen literally over night by more

This apartment complex is awful, is not energy efficient. The parking is horrible even if one has just a guest with a car, chances are no parking available. They will tow your car fast in the complex and people retunily double park. Anx the freeway noise is on going and loud. The people are not friendly. The area to walk dogs smells like dog piss. I wouldn't recommend this awful more

Vista Sureno Apartments

I agree with the person who stated they were glad they did not read the reviews before moving in. This was the only complex that I looked at that did not pressure me or tell me "if you do not put a deposit down now the price will go up." They held the apartment for me while I looked at another complex with no pressure. When I returned to complete the paperwork, etc. they were extremely more

Hey ya'll! I moved into the smaller, although extremely well upgraded one-bedroom apartment back in January of 2014, and I cannot stress enough how happy and pleased I have been with my experience here. I'm sure people reading this, will have also, read the majority of the other poor reviews, and I cannot disagree with most of them more. Being truthfull, I have witness very few of more
