We have lived here since 2012 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We have had noise problems in the past, but the management is very good about speaking with residents to ensure everyone is happy. We love the management here and have always had great experiences with them. When we have had to use maintenance, they are always quick to respond and to fix. We absolutely love the area due to location and more

If you move here make sure you get an upgraded apartment so you get all new appliances; the old appliances were horrendous. We had our apartment upgraded while we were living in it & it took about twice the amount of time it should have since they had scheduled too many upgrades in too short a time. (They said this scheduling had been done by the prior maintenance supervisor.) At one point I more

All these comments are the same. It looks like the person(s) who wrote these also went into the negative comments and responded with rebuttals, in the same fashion. Its just hard to fake real comments... that's all im saying. The positive thing, there's not a whole lot of real negative comments, can't fake that either. Or can you? more

I contacted the acting manager on last Tuesday 7/16/13 to report I needed my shower head completely replaced. She said the mainteance man was at another location and she would have him come over that same afternoon, no show! I stopped in the office on 7/22/13 to pick up a package and told her again, she said she would have him come over and replace the shower head, and wrote my apt # more

I moved here in December 2012 and I love it. My apartment had all brand new appliances with some vinyl flooring, carpet only in bedroom. It was clean and freshly painted. The office staff are professional, friendly and caring; especially April who did my move in paperwork. They often plan party events for us with prize drawings. The maintenance staff are skilled and very efficient about more

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody interested in living in a crime free environment. It would seem the background checks required by management are becoming lax, since the police are frequent visitors and last night they brought with them the news vans and crime scene tape.

I would also not recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for quality more

Although you rent through a private owner you still have to speak with the front office for packages and HOA issues. The front office staff are very disrespectful, when I arrive in the office instead of a standard greeting, I am welcomed with stares. Also, the walls are thin, so if you have a noisy upstairs neighbor with hardwood floors, "there is nothing that can be done." The complex more
